What is the ingrediant that can be used to thicken my too liquidy butter icing on top of my cake?
Basically, Ive just made a nice coffee cake with butter icing and i went a bit over board putting in some baileys which has watered it down a tad. What can I put in to make it thicker? I know there is an ingrediant like baking powder or flour or something, but can’t remember what! Thanks!! xxx
