Hey! I have an ipod which shows a sad smiley icon. it says need to go to apple support. And then its directed to the US. can anyone help me out with a solution? and no- not the Coffee Beans site solution plz.

i would connect to iTunes and then restore factory settings/reformat. (wipe it out and start over completly)

Or….call Apple like its telling you to.
