Traditional Cooking for large Groups Recipies and Ideas Please for a staff cafe!?
I have got a job in a staff restaurant where the staff are into traditional grub.
However I cook exotic food full flavours and not only are my customers not into trying new flavours my stock is limited or shop only sells its own brand of food so I have no big names brands you would be able to get at a Supermarket.
I need to cook for about 20+ people I can have 2 main meal options and also need a vegi option but I have no quorn or anything like that. I also need desert and breakfast idea other than the traditional cooked breakfast.
My kitchen consists of 3 microwaves 2 oven and grill Microwaves one electric hob and I have no frying pan. I have no budget to buy new equipment like blenders and pans and things.
