Are employees working at fast food restaurants suppose to wear gloves?

I went to mcdonalds and they were making peoples food without gloves on so im really curious ..

Health codes vary from one county to the next (yes county not country) but generally it’s not required that food handlers wear gloves. And as long as they’re washing their hands properly there’s very little to worry about. Especially at a place like McDonald’s, because the folks that handle the food are usually not working at the register and the money is the dirtiest thing in that place.

Now a lot of companies do require that the employees wear gloves, but that’s just their policy not a Health Department Regulation.
