What is the best book to read up on sushi?

I consider myself a fan of the food, but the other day I was eating at a local Asian restaurant and I had ordered some sushi with a seaweed salad. The salad was amazing, but not only did I not prefer the sushi, I had no idea it was going to be hot (it had colored pebble type things on them). I tend to by the packs you can find in the deli/produce type areas of grocery stores, so I’m not 100% knowledge on the food. So I’m looking to learn about it.

I love making sushi at home and with a bit of practice it is not too hard to do. The best book I have found to read up on sushi is The Complete Book of Sushi by Hideo Dekua. Hideo Dekura also has many other great books on Japanese Cooking and most have a section on sushi.
